Do you accept designs from third parties?
We are currently not accepting guest designs. We'll be working on a program in the future to collaborate with friends, fans and brands.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Do I need an account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to create or have an account to purchase from our store, However if you already have one you may use your account. Please make sure all your contact info is updated on your account to avoid any issues.
Can I combine discount offers with free shipping?
Free shipping is not offered when using discount codes for a percentage or dollar amount off of your order. In some instances, free shipping may offer you a better discount than a discount code. In these cases, you must remove the discount code in order to have free shipping applied to your order.
Why doesn't the shirt I recieved doesn't look exactly like it does online?
In some cases, products are represented with digital illustrations. Because of differences in color values from screen to screen, design colors may vary slightly on actual product.
In some cases, actual tshirt material and color may vary slightly.
Tshirt material and or color may be substituted with similar product material or color in cases where specified style or color is out of stock or no longer available, especially in cases where sizes 3x and up are ordered.
How secure is your Store?
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
Each item is made to order and we do our best to ship everything within 7-10 days. Expect shipping times of 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.
**This means your total purchase to delivery time can be up to two weeks**
Please note, during times of high order volume (Father's Day, Mother's Day & the Holidays), turnaround may be longer. If you need an item sooner, please contact us to arrange alternate shipping options.
Shipping notifications are sent out via email after order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
We are not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the shipping service. Weather, holidays and any other delays are out of our control. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible and cannot control any delays that may occur within the USPS.
Please advise: we are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly and will ship to the address that is on your order so please be sure to confirm the address to which you are shipping.
Shipping insurance is NOT included in the domestic shipping cost. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Insurance is available as an upgrade at checkout.
We want to ensure you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products from The PopLyfe Shop. We cannot refund items damaged during the shipping process. In this event, you must file a claim with the carrier.
We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or blemished items. If there is something wrong with your order - wrong size, wrong shirt, or if your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 15 days of your delivery. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy.
1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely
(in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).
2. Include a copy of your packing slip and the order# with the item(s) you are returning.
3. If a product is blemished or defective, it may be exchanged for items of equal value. which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.
